Professional Development

Professional development should be active and interactive, joyful and challenging. PD is best when it’s customized and differentiated to meet the needs of staff. I offer a variety of formats including workshops, on-site consulting, keynote talks, and small group and individual coaching. The three strands below give a starting point for some of the content we might explore together. Let’s work to craft a plan that best matches your school and district!

Positive Adult Communities

Teachers need to be part of vibrant and joyful learning communities just like their students do. Learn practical strategies for creating strong adult communities in schools!
